Mark Messer

Owner & Head Coach

Mark Messer founded MesserFit to serve the everyday warrior — the working professionals and parents who spend their lives showing up for everyone else. A Kinesiology graduate who has coached since 2007, Mark built a private gym where structure, expert coaching, and genuine community replace hype and gimmicks. Beyond the gym, he has served the community on Lebanon City Council since 2011.

I’m not in shape yet — is MesserFit for me?

Absolutely. MesserFit is built for everyday warriors, not elite athletes or influencers. Every workout is scalable, and our coaches meet you exactly where you are. Most new members start with private training or our Elements onramp so you build a real foundation first.

What is the Elements onramp?

Elements is our introductory program for new CrossFit members. Over three one-hour classes ($99, with two months to complete) you learn the fundamentals — snatch, clean & jerk, squat variations, deadlift, rowing and more — with proper motor control. Experienced athletes can test out for $50 by emailing our coaches.

How do memberships work?

Class memberships come in 2x, 3x, or 5x per week tiers. You receive weekly credits to use for any classes that week. Personal and small-group training are programmed individually — reach out and we’ll build the right plan for your goals.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Classes can be cancelled without losing your credit up to 24 hours before the class begins. If something comes up inside that window, contact our staff and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Do I need to book ahead?

Yes — sessions and classes run on a schedule so every member gets real coaching attention. Text or call us at (513) 643-2138 or use the member portal to reserve your spot.
