How big are the groups?

Intentionally small. We cap group sizes so your coach can watch form, correct technique, and actually coach — not just count reps for a crowd.

What if I’m a total beginner?

Perfect. Every workout scales, and most new members start with our Elements onramp to build the fundamentals first. You will never be thrown into the deep end.

Is this the same as CrossFit class?

They share a group format, but small-group training can be tailored more broadly to general strength and fitness. Our coaches will point you to the right fit.
